What
What Are Dentures?
Dentures are artificial teeth and gums that can be used to replace missing teeth. They are typically made from either porcelain or plastic.
Full dentures are custom-fitted to sit on top of the gums to replace all of a patient’s teeth. They are made with an acrylic base and stay firmly held in place by forming a seal.
Partial dentures are created to replace some of a patient’s teeth by sitting alongside the remaining teeth. They are removable, convenient, and are secured by clasps that hold them in place alongside the natural teeth.

Who Needs Dentures?
A patient may need dentures if they have lost some or all of their natural teeth due to periodontal disease, an injury or accident, or tooth decay.

Our Perth mobile visiting dentist proudly treats all Veterans Affairs’ patients. People with DVA Gold Cards can receive mobile dental treatment by our Perth visiting mobile dental service completely covered by The Department of Veterans Affairs. This means no out of pocket dental expenses are incurred as per the agreement with DVA and DVA Gold Card holders. Our Perth Mobile Dentist has treated hundreds of DVA Gold Card holders over the years and it is out pleasure to do so.

Our Perth mobile visiting dentist will see DVA Gold Card Holders in their home, Nursing Home and Aged Care Facility across Perth. If required we can also work with our Mobile Anesthetist to complete dental work while asleep (make clickable to link to sedation). DVA also subsidise a significant portion of the anesthetist fee if IV sedation is required.
